Tedisco: I Win

Though Democrat Scott Murphy leads the race, Republican Jim Tedisco asked the New York Supreme Court last night to be declared the victor in NY-20.The count at the time put Murphy up by 178 votes. Not being a legal expert, I’m unsure how the petition would work here, but the move sounds like it will further delay any decision that could be made.More information at the Register Star.
