In a CPAC panel billed as a discussion of the future of the conservative movement–Bay Buchanan and Wall Street Journal editorialist Steven Moore spent a good deal of time criticizing President Obama’s newly released budget. And Moore doesn’t seem to mind the GOP being “the party of no.”On the president’s budget: “I feel sick to my stomach,” said Moore. “This is a declaration of war against the conservative movement.”It wasn’t quite enough for at least one audience member, though, who asked how the GOP can shed that “party of no” moniker.
