FuturePAC is the political and campaign arm of the Oregon House Democratic Caucus. We are dedicated to electing and defending Democratic candidates to the Oregon House of Representatives by building strategic, data-driven campaigns and investing in strong, community-rooted leaders across the state. FuturePAC supports candidates with staffing, fundraising, media, and field operations to help maintain and expand a Democratic majority in Salem.

This is a high-impact role overseeing campaign strategy, staffing, fundraising, and candidate recruitment across Oregon. If you’re passionate about building a Democratic movement, engaging with a diverse set of candidates, and winning competitive races, we want to hear from you.
Salary: $105K–$135K + benefits (based on experience)
