Please read this information carefully before purchasing tickets to C&E events.
Ticket Types
Non-Profit: To qualify for a non-profit ticket you need to be an employee of a registered non-profit, Political Action Committee**, political party, Party Committee, professional association, advocacy organization, think tank or labor organization.
Operative: If you’re on staff or in the field for a campaign, working at a campaign consulting shop, or working independently as a political consultant, then you’re what we think of as an operative.
Vendor: You work for a company that sells products or services to the political campaign industry. For example: If you work for an ad tech platform, a data vendor, or a text messaging platform, you are a vendor.
** If your PAC also serves as a payment processor or other technology platform, you are considered a Vendor and must purchase a Vendor ticket.
If you are unsure whether you are a Non-Profit, Operative or a Vendor, please email us at info@campaignsandelections.com. Please note that C&E’s determination is final.
Cancellation & Changes
If after purchasing your ticket you are unable to attend the event or the scheduled dates for the event change after you have purchased your ticket you may use your ticket to attend another Campaigns & Elections conference taking place within one year of the event to which your ticket applied, provided that a ticket to the conference you wish to transfer to is of equal of lesser price than the price paid for your ticket. If the ticket price for the conference you wish to transfer to is higher than the price you paid for your ticket you will have to pay the difference between the two price points to transfer your ticket.
For the avoidance of doubt, no credit will be provided in the event you transfer your ticket to an event with a ticket price lower than that which you paid for your ticket. No refunds will be issued.
Incorrect Ticket Purchases
If you are entitled to a lower priced ticket but buy a higher priced ticket by mistake (for example, an operative who buys a vendor ticket by mistake) we will refund the difference between the two.
If you buy a lower priced ticket than you qualify for (for example, a vendor who buys an operative ticket) you will have to pay the difference between price of the ticket you purchased and the prevailing price of the ticket you actually qualify. Further, in this circumstance you are not entitled to a credit or refund, so failure to pay the difference in price between the two tickets will result in, a) forfeiture of the amount already paid and, b) a ban on attending C&E events for a period of not less than one year, which may be issued at C&E’s sole discretion.
