We’re on a mission to connect, advise, and mentor people and organizations serious about creating radically positive political change. We imagine a world where progressive campaigns and causes win at every level of the ballot, and women, LGBTQIA+ and marginalized groups come together to build power.

We advise leading progressive organizations, create powerful communities, and develop in-depth, high-quality training opportunities that foster connections, mentorship and share the unwritten rules of succeeding in state and local politics.
