Another New Firm Breaks With the Old Model

Democratic consultants are breaking away from the old business model when launching their new companies. Aidan King, a progressive digital consultant, founded Bread & Roses Digital, which he pledged would be a worker-owned digital agency. Now, veteran Democratic ad maker Kelly Grace Gibson is taking the co-op model and applying it to comms and media with the launch of Stronger Than Communications.
