In compiling this year’s report, Campaigns & Elections spoke to political ad strategists and media buyers from both sides of the aisle to assess the state of ad-supported OTT in the campaign space with three core questions: 1) Did the cycle match expectations for CTV as an ad channel? 2) What are the challenges that still exist for advertisers and buyers in this space? 3) How is the ecosystem likely to evolve for the 2024 presidential cycle?
