Employees At Democratic Firm Blue State Unionized By CODE-CWA

The unionization of firms on the left continues with a group of employees at Blue State winning voluntary recognition of their collective bargaining rights from management. The Communications Workers of America’s Campaign to Organize Digital Employees, known by its acronym CODE-CWA, will represent 75 of the Brooklyn-based firm’s campaign strategists, analysts, designers, account managers, finance specialists, office managers, and developers.
