Deputy Campaign Manager
Chris Justin for Public Service Commission is the campaign to elect Chris Justin, a licensed professional engineer running as a No Party candidate for the Louisiana Public Service Commission in District 1 (southeast Louisiana, including greater New Orleans and the Northshore). The Commission is the five-member body that regulates the electric, gas, and water utilities serving roughly 2.5 million Louisiana ratepayers, and it sets the rates on their monthly bills.
This is an open-seat race decided November 3, 2026. The campaign rests on three commitments: fix the grid before approving rate increases, make data centers pay their own costs instead of shifting them onto households, and end the practice of utilities funding the regulators who oversee them. Chris is the only candidate in the race who has pledged to take zero utility money.
We run lean and fast: a small senior team, backed by independent expenditure support from national good-government and clean-energy groups. We value people who take ownership, move quickly, and say plainly what’s working and what isn’t.

Chris Justin is an Independent running for the Louisiana Public Service Commission, the body that sets Louisiana’s electric, gas, and water rates. He’s a licensed engineer taking zero utility money, and this open seat is winnable on November 3. We’re growing the team and hiring a Deputy Campaign Manager.
This is an execution role with a real voice in the room. You’ll own whatever the highest-priority bottleneck is that week: content publishing (Mailchimp, social, short-form video cuts), list and CRM work, vendor follow-through, event logistics, and the compliance calendar. The candidate and the Campaign Manager set direction; you drive everything downstream, and you push back when you see something they don’t.
You get things done without being chased, you’re fluent with modern SaaS tools and social platforms, and you can be in the New Orleans / District 1 area five days a week. Prior campaign experience is a plus, not a requirement.
$4,000/month plus a significant win bonus, full-time through Election Day.
