As a general consultant, David Mowery says the key is not to try to be an expert in everything, “but know what makes a good spot, what makes good mail, how to target digital, and then find good partners to work with and pay them to execute.”
One key thing Mowery looks for in the C&E Community is opportunities to learn about the latest trends. “I like to know about the cool and emerging things… like last cycle, text messaging came up and was the new, new thing. And it worked. But we all saw limitations in places like Georgia.”
