Why You Should Ask Your Media Buyer About Their Nielsen License

Local media buying is in the spotlight for political practitioners going into 2022 following the success of the Biden-Harris campaign last cycle. But going local could leave campaigns and groups vulnerable to ad dollars being poorly spent.

At least that’s the warning of one media buyer on the right concerned that many of his colleagues have walked away from using Nielsen licenses in the wake of the Media Rating Council (MRC) stripping the company of its National TV ratings accreditation.
